When a Consumer accesses a homeowner portal through an Agent invitation:

The Consumer understands that the portal is branded for and managed by that Agent
Certain information displayed or entered within the portal (including property and ownership-related data) is shared with the inviting Agent
The Agent may use this information to communicate with the Consumer regarding real estate-related services

By using the portal, the Consumer acknowledges and consents to this data sharing.

3.2 Independent Agent Conduct

Agents using Homsie operate independently and are not employees, contractors, or representatives of Homsie.

Homsie does not control, direct, or monitor how Agents communicate with or solicit Consumers outside of the platform.

Homsie is not responsible or liable for:

The frequency, content, or manner of Agent communications
Any marketing, solicitation, or outreach conducted by an Agent
Compliance by Agents with applicable real estate, marketing, or privacy laws

Any relationship between an Agent and a Consumer exists independently of Homsie.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (Canada & International Users)

We process personal information based on:
